摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the utilization of light and heat of solar energy by a method wherein solar cell element groups of which a plurality of elements are electrically connected mutually are fastened flatly on flat plates by using adhesives having high thermal conductivity, and heat collecting pipe are arranged on the flat plates. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric generation and heat collecting hybrid device units 11-1n+1 are each stuck fast to heat collectors 2 forming one sections of a heat collector. As for one unit 11 among these units because they all have the same form, solar cell elements SB11, SB12... forming the unit 11 are connected in series, and fastened to the heat collector 2 in Al by using an adhesive layer 3 such as solder having excellent thermal conductivity. The surroundings of these elements SB and the layers 3 are protected with resin coating materials 5, and sections except these sections are coated with selective absorbing films 6 for improving the efficiency of heat collection. Lead wires 4 are wired from the elements SB, heat collecting pipes 7 in copper into which media 8 for carrying heat are penetrated are mounted into the collectors 2, and unit groups are connected in series by using wiring 9.
