<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit the generation of noise of the subject tower by arranging a conical plate provided with a plurality of small holes in the tower inside and atomizing and dropping exhaust water, in a water cooling tower at a high building well suited for the exhaust water after cooling and heating falling into a heat regenerative tank. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioning apparatus of a high building, water introduced in a cooling and heating coil installed in a higher floor after performing the cooling and heating of the room, and is caused to fall in the heat regenerative water tank installed at the lowermost floor by way of a return pipe 6 and the tower 7. In this case, the outlet port of the return pipe 6 is fitted close to the center of the tower 7 provided at its upper end with an air vent head 14. A conical plate 17 pasted at its upper surface with a flexible member 16 such as rubber, a synthetic resin and the like, is arranged within the tower 7 facing the outlet port of the return pipe 6. A plurality of small holes 18 are formed in the conical plate 17, and supported at the center of the tower 7 by means of a flange 20 through a supporting cylinder 19. Exhaust water which is falling is dispersed and atomized resulting in the reduction of the noise being generated at the time of falling.</p> |
