PURPOSE:To realize not only the higher harmonic suppressing characteristics but a low loss, by securing a low impedance at the center part of the strip line both ends of which are opened with a high impedance secured at both ends respectively. CONSTITUTION:The line width W2 is reduced for the lines 21 and 23 having both ends opened along with the line impedance selected at a high level; while the width W1 is increased for the line 22 at the center part with a low impedance set. The voltage and the current become maximum at the open parts and the center part respectively for the line both ends of which are opened, and accordingly the loss due to the current can be reduced. At the same time, the earth conductor 25 is provied to the dielectric substrate 24. In such way, the higher harmonic suppressing characteristics can be obtained for the strip line by the low-impedance line provided at the center part plus the high-impedance lines provided at both ends of the strip line, at the same time realizing a low loss. |
