PURPOSE:To obtain a band pass filter which is free from the side lobe, by specifying both the length and combination of the interlaced electrodes of the interlaced transducers forming a surface elastic wave filter. CONSTITUTION:The transducers A and B consisting of the interlaced electrodes are provided on the piezoelectric substrate 1. The interlaced electrodes of the transducer B are made symmetrical to each other centering on the linear symmetric line at the center. And at the same time, the lengths R2 and R3 of the interlaced electrodes eB22 and eB23 of the other side are set as 0<R2<=0.94R1 and 0.07R1<=R2<=1, respectively. As a result, a band pass filter having a reduced gain difference at the pass band can be obtained. |
