PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute the supervision required by means of the minimum number of wires, by supervising by on-line both the reference voltage check for setting the set pulse width and other set/reset operation check, in the magnetic flux control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When each input data signal SD has been completely input to all the magnetic flux control circuits 401-40M, the magnetic flux control circuit 401- 40M are all started, and execute the reset/set operation of the magnetic flux. On the other hand, the reference voltage which has been output from DAC 10a is converted to a constant current, is transmitted to the control signal generation part, is compared with the input data signal SD, at the same time it is transmitted to the reset/ set operation checking circuit 31, and checks the operation of the magnetic flux control circuits 401-40M in the previous step by one. Unless the reference voltage corresponding to the input data signal SD is not input yet in the set pulse width setting circuit 14, or unless the reset/set operation of one step before is normal, it does not coincide with an output signal ST or ROM9b corresponding to the input data SD, and the operation check of each magnetic flux control circuit 401-40M, and the reference voltage check are executed. |
