<p>The mower and brush cutter has an adjustable cutting height, together with rear driving wheels. The adjustment comprises a rigid frame (9) hinging at both ends below the combined chassis and housing (1,2). The distance between the frame and the housing can be varied. The driving axle is solidly fixed (15) to the frame. The cutting height can be adjusted by the insertion of distance pieces at the forward end between frame and chassis, the frame hinging on the chassis at the rear end. The frame can be tubular and bent into a rectangle, with plates fixed to the longer sides at the rear and extending upwards, hinging on the chassis. The forward end has two lugs extending upwards to accommodate the distance pieces.</p> |
