Circulating conveyor for leather-working stations - uses trolleys with inner and outer wheels, also rollers rotating against sides of recess between tracks

The conveyor for carrying footwear used in the Moroccan leather industry, has two horizontal surfaces (3) acting as tracks for carriages which travel between various working positions. These surfaces form upper and lower tracks supported by vertical rails. Each track is formed by an inner section (1) separated from an outer section by a groove. The inner section is at a higher level than the outer section. Each carriage has a set of wheels (7) for the inner section and a second set (8) for the outer section, corresponding to their respective levels. Between them are rollers (9) rotating about a vertical axis, in contact with the vertical sides of the groove (2). The carriages can be pulled by chains.
