The control-disc valve has a rotatable regulating disc (1) and a fixed disc arranged coaxially relative to the latter. The regulating disc (1) contains orifices (4, 5), one edge of each of which is at a variable distance from the disc centre. The fixed disc also contains, in addition to the conventional orifices (9, 10) in the form of a segment of a circular ring, an orifice (8) which is of special design. The individual orifices are connected partially to one another and partially to conduits leading to a hot-water mixing battery, to a hot-water store and to the cold-water feed conduit. As a result of the rotation of the regulating disc (1) relative to the fixed disc, the orifices (4, 5, 8, 9, 10) overlap to a changing extent and thus vary the temperature of the water outflow from cold to hot. The special shape of individual orifices makes it possible for the sum of the angles formed by the orifices to exceed 360 DEG , thus signifying a larger regulating travel. <IMAGE>
