摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To always detect coordinates with a high precision by setting an oscillation- proof material consisting of materials, which are different in temperature characteristic related to the attenuation factor, to the peripheral part of an oscillation transmission plate and reducing the noise for oscillation detection to generate a distortionless oscillation detection signal in an oscillation sensor. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of oscillation-proof materials 7 are set to an oscillation transmission plate 8 for the purpose of preventing the oscillation transmitted from an oscillatory pen 3 from being reflected on the peripheral part and returning toward the center part. These two kinds of oscillation-proof materials are different in temperature characteristic of the attenuation factor, and one of them has a high attenuation factor in a low temperature range and the other has a high attenuation factor in a high temperature range. The whole of combined oscillation-proof materials attenuates the reflected wave on the end face of the oscillation transmission plate in the overall use temperature range. Thus, the temperature characteristic which it is difficult for one kind of oscillation-proof material to realize is flattened, that is, a high attenuation factor is always kept in the use temperature range, and coordinates are always stably detected with a high precision without being affected by circumstances of the use of a coordinate input device.</p>
