发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF MATERIAL IN LEAF
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure the in-leaf material concn. in a sample leaf having parallel veins with a small error by providing a guide member which controls the insertion direction of the sample leaf and providing two light sources on a straight line having a specified angle with the above-mentioned insertion direction. CONSTITUTION:A slide plate 4 which controls the insertion direction of the sample leaf L is provided on a sample base 1 and the sample leaf L having the parallel veins is inserted into and imposed on the sample base 1. The two light sources 6, 7 having the specified angle with the above-mentioned insertion direction are provided on the sample base 1. The light rays of the wavelength ranges different form each other are projected from these light sources on the above-mentioned sample leaf L. The respective light rays transmitted through the leaf L are detected by a photodetecting element 8 and the concn. of the material in the leaf is measured from the values thereof. The possibility that the one light passes the veins and the other light passes the non-vein part is less in the case of the small specified angle mentioned above if the meter is constituted in the above-mentioned manner and, therefore, the concn. of the material in the part of the same structure where there is no influence of the veins is measurable. The error in the measurement is thus decreased.</p>
