The installation envisages the use of conveyor belts which are transpired in a superposed manner (1) in a set and are slightly staggered and run in opposite directions to one another, horizontally, in such a manner that the pasta (p) follows a falling course with a zig-zag horizontal movement. At least one of said conveyor belts (1) is also endowed with oscillatory or vibratory movement to make the pasta move concomitantly with the transport in order to oppose positions of condensate on the pasta itself, and the set of said belts is contained in a chamber (A) containing means of conditioning (2, 3) with associated control accessories (11, 4, 5, 6). Said chamber (A) is transportable and stackable with others which are alike or of the same type in order to form a complete dryer, thus making it possible to transport the installation to the site prefabricated and to dimension it for the capacity required and finally to reduce to the maximum extent the space occupied. <IMAGE> |
