The connecting T-joint consists of a tube (33) with a spherical head (34). The tube has a connector (36) at its outer end for the connection of an external circuit. It is supported in a sleeve (44) fitted with a sealing ring (46) and held by a nut (42). When in place, the lower spherical extremity of the head seals off the main branch (26) of the hydraulic circuit. This attachment allows for the operation of a hydraulic circuit, using an auxiliary power source, whilst maintaining the main circuit isolated and secure from external contamination.
