PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion attempting to attain the long life of the DC motor and to reduce the generation of electric noise by a method wherein inside and outside double cylinders having insulating walls and conductive walls being arranged alternately are provided, and rollers providing with the insulating partitions are put between them to form the commutator. CONSTITUTION:The conductive walls 1a and the insulating walls 1b corresponding to the number of poles of the motor are arranged at a prescribed internal to form the inside cylinder 1. The outside cylinder 2 having conductive parts 2a at parts of the insulating wall is formed and is assembled with the inside cylinder 1, and conductive rollers 3 being partitioned with insulating partitioners 4 are arranged between the inside cylinder 1 and the outside cylinder 2. The ends of the rotor coils are connected to the conductive walls 1a of the inside cylinder 1, and power source lines 6 are connected to the conductive parts 2a of the outside cylinder 2 to form the commutator. By this way, because the contacting parts of conductors receive only rolling friction, so that thr abrasion is reduced and the attainment of long life can be attempted. |
