PURPOSE:To obtain in a good yield the paper container which laminated plastics inside and is excellent in water resistance in a cut end of a bonded portion on a barrel wall by a method wherein a plastic premolded artilce is inserted into a paper container under a special state, heated and expanded. CONSTITUTION:The paper container 10 such as a paper cup etc. is manufactured. A plastic premolded article provided with a rim 21 attaching to the mouth edge 14 of this container and with a cavity portion 22 inserted in this container is put into a paper cut 10, heated for instance, the cavity portion is expanded by vacuum molding, that is, straight method or plug assist method, is attched to the inner side of the barrel wall 11 and to the upper surface of the bottom part 12 of the paper container. Additionally, it is preferable that a sleeve 23 is provided on the outer edge of the rim of the molding and this sleeve is bonded to cover the guard section 13 of the paper container. |
