PURPOSE:To perform the accurate positioning of magnets and to prevent the chipping of magnets of the subject motor by a method wherein the outer circumferential surface of a pair of almost semidiscoid magnets is applied to and held by the circular wall provided vertically on the outer circumference of the resin section which has been formed in one united body with the base plate of a yoke. CONSTITUTION:The resin section 2 is formed in one united body with the discoid yoke base plate 1, the circular wall 3 is vertically provided on the outer circumference of the resin section 2 and a notched section 3a is formed. And a pair of almost semidiscoid magnet 4 is placed on the upper surface of the resin section 2, the outer circumferential surface of the magnet 4 is applied to the inner surface of the circular wall 3, and for instance, the outer periphery of the magnet 4 is fixed using a calking and by performing a heat fusing on the upper edge of the circular wall 3. At this time, it is desirable that an inclined section or a concaved section is provided on the outer circumference of the magnet 4. Also the space between the straight line sections opposing to a pair of magnets 4 is utilized for the storage of the brush holder of the motor. |
