A piperazine derivative has the formula <IMAGE> The compound and its pharmaceutically acceptable organic and inorganic salts may be employed as an anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic, analgesic, anti-diffusive myorelaxing and anti-hydraminic agent, and it may be prepared by various methods from 2-(3-benzoylphenyl)propionic acid, the preparation of which by several routes is also described. |
