The pres. of cocoon treatment bath is lowered by opening the valve of pipe for reducing pres., and the water is sucked to the treatment bath by opening the valve of pipe for treatent water. Then the pres. of cocoon treatment bath is normalized to an original by opening the valve for returning pres. and the cocoons are released by rotating the cocoon treatment bath.
