The unit for gripping and holding of bottles, has the holding lining placed over the neck of one bottle. The unit has an elastic sleeve enclosing the bottle neck as well as a movable pressure section to deform the sleeve. The sleeve is made as a massive-elastic ring (9) fully enclosed on the outer cover surface and with the front surfaces fully placed against a counter bearing (8) with the front surface located opposite to the counter bearing in contact with the pressure section (13).
