PURPOSE:To remove unnecessary electrical energy, detect back electromotive voltage for controlling speed rapidly and conduct stable control even at low speed by connecting a voltage nonlinear resistance element in series with a fly-wheel connected in parallel with a DC motor. CONSTITUTION:A voltage nonlinear resistance element is connected in series with a fly-wheel D2 connected in parallel with a DC motor. In this case, a Zener diode ZD connected in a reversed polarity is preferable as the voltage nonlinear resistance element, and the fly-wheel diode D2 may be connected in parallel with an armature A and an electromagnetic coil L even when the diode D2 is connected in parallel only with the armature A. Thus, since excessive energy is quickly removed, the back electromotive voltage of the armature A required for controlling speed can be detected rapidly, and stable and great torque control is conducted even in case of revolution at low speed. |
