PURPOSE:To make it possible to decide a data type at a high speed by outputting information on the kind of data when the data are read out of a storage device. CONSTITUTION:When the address of data to be processed is set in the address register, the address information is transferred to data reader 12 and data decision device 13. Then, reader 12 reads data out of storage device 14 and sets it in data content register 15. Decision device 13, on the other hand, operates independently of reader 12 and sets information on the data-type in data-type register 17 by using information in data control file 16. Device 14 stores different kinds of data by being provided with dedicated areas by kinds and when data is read out of device 14, information on the kind of the data is outputted. Thus, the data-type can be decided at a high speed. |
