PURPOSE:To easily eliminate gas generated by die casting and to improve adhesion of a liner and an outside material at finishing by fitting a porous liner in a metal mold in advance and metling and pressurizing and forming an outside die material. CONSTITUTION:Multiple holes 2 to make uniform sliding resistance are made in a cast iron liner 1. The liner 1 is fitted in a metal mold, in advance, when casting a cylinder, and a melted and pressurized light metal of good heat conductivity is poured to form outside. At the same time, a cooling fin 3, and air feeding port 4, an exhaust port, and a scavenging port 6 are formed. |
