PURPOSE:To make a pitch of a pattern same in all even after the elimination of an elongation by adapting to apply a tension to a printed material, requesting a new tension rate adding a tension rate and bringing about to occur an equal elongation over a whole length of the printed material. CONSTITUTION:There are provided with the first and the second nip rollers 16, 18 having fixed speed ratio respectively, and tension measuring devices 20 and 22 between a reel 10 and a printing section 14. Another speed ratio is obtained by an arithmetic controlling unit 40 with the aid of a certain tension rate given by the nip rollers 16 to 18 and the tension measuring devices, 20 and 22, and a speed change gear 26 is controlled, thereby being regulated the tension of the printed matter 12. After the elongation is equalized through whole length, the printed matter is carried to a printing section 14. Thus the rationalization of the print in a continuous business forms, a package material and the like wherein an accurate pattern pitch after printing are requested, can be intended. |
