PURPOSE:To prevent a data terminal device, etc., from deteriorating in characteristics by effectively removing oscillations of a receiving-circuit's output due to waveform rounding, chattering, inductive noises, cross talk noises, etc., at the same level. CONSTITUTION:An external signal from signal line 10 is converted by level converting circuit 1 into an internal level, which is supplied to one input of register 2 and one input of exclusive NOR circuit 4. As signal line 10 changed from ''0'' to ''1'' between points in time T0 and T1, register 2 is set from ''0'' to ''1'' at the trailing edge of point T1. The output of circuit 4 is held at ''0'' at point T1 and register 3 generates ''0''. Next, when the external signal from signal line 10 changed to ''0'' again between points T1 and T2, register 2 is reset to ''0''. Since the output of circuit 4 stays at ''0'' at point T2, terminal CK of register 3 holds itself at ''0'' without reference to fluctuations of the external signal. Thus, the deterioration of characteristics of the data terminal device can be prevented. |
