<p>PURPOSE:To prevent wear in the neighborhood of tubular flange by forming lining on the internal circumferential surface of transport pipe in such manner that the thickness of lining may become gradually thicker toward the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Polyurethane lining 3, 4 is formed on the internal surface of pipes 1, 2. When steel pipes 1, 2 having the difference in internal diameter at the both pipe ends due to an inclination of coat thickness of lining 3, 4, are connected with flanges, the pipes are arranged so that the ends 5, 6 having large internal diameter of steel pipe 1 or 2 may come at the upstream side and the ends 5', 6' having small internal diameter at the downstream. Thus local wear caused by the collision of slurry can be avoided.</p> |
