PURPOSE:To enhance energy conversion efficiency by starting oil-hydraulically a windmill which is not provided with self-starting facility. CONSTITUTION:A Darius windmill 1, which is not provided with self-starting ability, is coupled to an oil-hydraulic motor 3, which is coupled further to a hydraulic pump 2. According to this arrangement, a windmill without self-starting facility can be started oil-hydraulically, which will enhance well the energy conversion efficiency. |
