PURPOSE:To make it possible to monitor a system whose process dynamic characteristics vary by reducing the unnecessary generation of an alarm, by fixing the coefficient of the pulse transfer function of a process model from a signal applied to an operation terminal and a measured process state signal. CONSTITUTION:Under the command of controller 2, the operation of sample holding circuit 3 is stopped during the constant period while operation signal r(t) is held in circuit 3, identifying signal v(t) is applied from identifying signal generator 1 and mechanical operation input u(t) is applied to operation terminal 4. Process 5, excited by operation input u(t) from operation terminal 4, generates process state signal x(t). Further, process model 6 receives operation input U(t) and process state signal x(t) at constant sampling intervals and also receives pulse transfer function G(Z) from identifying device 7. From operation input u(t) to operation terminal 4 and process state signal x(t), pulse transfer function G(Z) is identified and a supervision over a system whose process dynamic characteristics vary is exercised, preventing unnecessary alarm generation. |
