PURPOSE:To prevent waste of copying dependent upon error of set of originals, by providing the device which displays automatically the region to be copied on the original stand according to selected copy paper form and copying magnification when they are selected. CONSTITUTION:Lamps 5 are arranged on original stand 2 in end parts corresponding to papers and magnifications which can be used in the copying machine. When a paper and a magnification are selected, lamps 5 corresponding to the end of the region to be copied on original stand 2 are lit. The circuit which controls lighting of lamps includes deciding circuit 6 and lighting circuit 7, and deciding circuit 6 decide lamps which should be lit to light prescribed lamps 5 according to magnification 8 and paper size 9 when they are selected. Thus, waste of copying dependent upon error of set of originals can be prevented. |
