PURPOSE:To improve workability by enabling insulation sheaths to be formed simultaneously on plural core units. CONSTITUTION:Plural core units 1a are set to a sheath forming head 16 consisting of plural unit through-holes 18 penetrated respectively separately and plural dies 20 aligned on the outlet side of the through-holes 18. Fluid resin is injected into the sheath forming head 16 in such a manner that the fluid resin is filled in at least part of the plural unit through-holes 18. Thence, the plural core units 1a of the multibranched cable are pulled simultaneously from the dies 20 and the resin is allowed to set. Since this causes insulation sheaths 3 to adhere closely to the core units 1a, crushing and breaking of the sheaths 3 on account of bending do not occur. |
