PURPOSE:To search a signal rapidly and transmit the high-precision signal rapidly, by generating the transmission signal corresponding to the target signal acquired by the receiver for monitor. CONSTITUTION:Receiver 1 for monitor including wide-band analysis receiving circuit 12 and transmitter and receiver 2 having variable frequency oscillator 232 controlled on a basis of information obtained by circuit 12, continuous signal generating part 21 including narrow-operation band continuous signal generating circuit 212 operated with the oscillation output signal of oscillator 232 as the local oscillation signal, transmission part 22 are provided. Then, transmitter and receiver 2 transmits a signal corresponding to the target signal acquired by receiver 1 for monitor.
