PURPOSE:To improve the noise and dust control, by using a dual type of shift lever boot, its interior side being connected with a shift lever and its transmission side being connected with a transmission joint. CONSTITUTION:A shift lever boot B is composed of an interior-side boot 11 and transmission-side boot 12. The upper end of the interior-side boot 11 has a through hole 13 for a shift lever 6, while the lower end is bonded to the upper end of the transmission-side boot 12. A through hole 15, in which a transmission joint 9 is inserted at the lower end of the boot 12, is fixed to the joint 9 by means of a band clip 17. The bonded positions of both boots 11, 12 are fixed by fitting a flange 14 of the boot 11 to a floor panel 3 with a counter cover 7. |
