摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of noise of a gear by forming the shape of a tooth into a desired shape deflected from an involute curve by controlling a tooth shape adjusting circuit according to the revolution angle instruction for the A and B axis which cross at right angles with each other and the shift quantity instruction for a cutting tool. CONSTITUTION:A tooth shape adjusting circuit 9 forms a desired shape of a cut tooth by destroying the relative relation between the A and B axis and a cutting tool 7 which is necessary for the gear preparation work, and the revolution relation of the B axis for the A axis is little deflected, in order to form a tooth shape curve which is a little deflected for a fundamental invo lute curve. When an increase/reduction instruction for each revolution angle of the A and B axis or the increase/reduction of the transfer quantity of a cutting tool is inputted into the above-described circuit 9, an NC device 8 operates a machining center 10 by the deformation instruction for the shape of the tooth, and the desired gear cutting work can be carried out.
