PURPOSE:To prevent persons except an owner and permitted persons from using a mobile terminal by sending an originating control code to an exchange and by inhibiting a connection request from the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION:From mobile terminal 1, an originating control code is dialed to register the originating control code in originating control display memory 7 in exchange 9. Next, when the number of called subscriber 8 is dialed from the mobile terminal 1, connection controller 5 analyzes originating control display memory 7 regarding mobile terminal 1 and, when the registration of originating control has been done, inhibits the connection. Next, the originating control release code is dialed from mobile terminal 1 to modify the contents of originating control display memory 7 of the mobile terminal 1 into the display showing that the originating control registration has not been done. Then, when the number of called subscriber 8 is dialed from mobile terminal 1, the call is connected to called subscriber 8 via switching network 3 since the originating control registration is not done. |
