PURPOSE:To make the both leg parts of a shiral coil to come out from the center part of the coil by a method wherein the both leg parts at the both ends of winding part are pinched and holded being arranged in a straight line, and in that condition the positions of the winding part and the both leg parts are changed. CONSTITUTION:Both leg parts 2, 3 at the both ends of winding part of a coil 1 being performed coiling spirally, are pinched and holded arranging in a straight line with a coiling head 4 and a jaw 7, a coil die 8 and a chuck 12, etc. In this condition, the winding part is pinched with chucks 13, 14, etc., and the position is shifted to make the both leg parts to come to the center part of the coil. By this way, the both leg parts of the spiral coil can be made to come out easily from the center part of the coil. |
