PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and resonance due to sound pressure from a diaphragm and to manufacture the equalizer with good mass-productivity by using the kneaded material of a high-molecular material and scalelike graphite powder. CONSTITUTION:High-molecular material 3 employs a mixture of polyvinyl chloride, a copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, etc., and further their thermoplastic resin, polyethylene, etc., for internal loss improvement and a plasticizer and stabilizer and added at need. Scalelike graphite powder 4 has a grain size of about 0.1- 100mum and in general, the smaller, the better. This high-molecular material 3 and graphite powder 4 are mixed together at proper wt% and the plasticizer and stabilizer are added at need; and the kneaded material kneaded by being heated is rolled by a roller many times to obtain sheet material 2 having graphite powder 4 oriented. A required number of sheets of sheet materials 2 are stacked to the prescribed thickness of the equalizer and hot-pressed in one body to obtain plate material 5. This plate material 5 is formed in the shape of equalizer 6. |
