<p>PURPOSE:To accurately correct the thickness along the sheet breadth, by detecting the shape of the rolled material on the run-out side of the rolling mill, and by controlling respetive rolling roll depending on the optimum corrective difference. CONSTITUTION:The material 1 is rolled by the work rolls 2, 3, the shape of the rolled material 1 is detected by the shape detector 14 on the run-out side, and the asymmetric vector Dd is operated by the computer 15. On the other hand, the sheet breadth (b) of the rolled material 1 and the rolling load (p) are inputted from the setting board 17 to the computer 16 which then operates the vectors DS, DF, Ddelta, and inputs them to the computer 18. Next, the computer 18 operates the correction value (a), (b), and inputs them to the command units 19, 20, 21. The average value delta of the positions of the left and the right intermediate rolls, the screw position S, and the bending force F, are inputted to the command unit. Meanwhile. The AGC signal for the screw position S is produced from the setting board 17 to the command unit. The command units 19, 20, 21, operate the set points for the driving side and the operating side and input respective set point to the screw down devices 12, 13, the intermediate roll shifters 10, 11, and the bending devices 8, 9.</p> |
