PURPOSE:To obtain an extruder capable of forming a high gloss unfoamed part in an optional area of a surface of a molded product by a method wherein a predetermined cooling die is provided to the leading end of the die of the extruder and a predetermined substance is provided to a part or a total part of the die. CONSTITUTION:To the leading end of the die 1, the cooling die 3 having an internal shape similar to that of the die 1 is attached in a condition interposing a heat insulation material 2 such as ceramics therebetween and water is flowed into a cooling water pore 6 the cool said die 3 forcedly. In this cooling die 4, a recessed portion is preliminarily provided and a low heat conductive substance such as cloisonne porcelain or a thermosetting resin is embeded therein as an interposed substance 4. By molding a foamed plastics by using this extruder, a section A not contacted with the interposed substance 4 in the cooling die 3 develops foamed patterns to a flowing direction of said plastics and a product having no foamed patterns on a surface B of the plastics contacted with the interposed substance can be obtained.
