PURPOSE:To permit easy and sure rupture and obtain a simple constitution by arranging a pair of rupture plates at an interval on the projecting part to constitute a closed chamber, setting a prescribed pressure in the closec chamber, and reducing the pressure, permitting rupture of a pair of rupture plates. CONSTITUTION:The projecting part 12 is formed on a pressure pipe or a pressure vessel 10 which is arranged in the environment of the pressure P3, and stores the fluid having a pressure P1. In the projecting part 12, a pair of rupture plates 14 and 15 having the pressure withstanding strength below P1-P3 are arranged at an interval. A closed chamber 13 is constituted of a pair of rupture plates 14 and 15 and the projecting part 12 described above, and the projecting part 12 described above, and the pressure in the closec chamber 13 is set at the intermediate value between P1 and P3. Afterwards, a pair of rupture plates 14 and 15 described above are ruptured by reducing the pressure in the closed chamber 13. |
