A mooring telescope bridge giving access to a boat and maintaining it by dampening the motions thereof, is composed of a first caisson (1) wherein is nested a second caisson (2) connected to the first by two dampener springs, one working in the compression mode and the other in the traction mode. The free end of the telescoping caisson (2) comprises a gear toggle joint (3) on which are hinged two arms (4) forming a mooring fork, the gears allowing to wedge the arms (4), each of them in a position adapted to the contour of the hull of the boat in the desired mooring area (stem, prow, side). The hooking and support means to the berth of the end of the first caisson (1) are comprised of rings (6) and a support shoulder (7), and mooring rings (6) are arranged at the ends of the fork. On the inner faces of the arms (4) there are arranged dampener elements made of rubber: rollers (5) or a coat. Two bridges assembled head to tail allow to connect and moor one boat to another.
