PURPOSE:To make it possible to fill a uniform foamed material even into details by a method wherein a fin like plate to be provided to a column like core mold for molding is provided only to the first half part of the column like core mold in a limited condition and conveying means are arranged to a rear part thereof. CONSTITUTION:An outer layer material 11 and an inner layer material 12 are supplied respectively from a wound roll 31 and a wound roll 32 through a supply reel 33. Subsequently, the outer layer material 11 and the inner layer material 12 are bent to a downwardly curved shape through a guide plate 34 and advanced in such a condition that the inner layer material 12 is arranged to an inner side. A foaming curable synthetic resin liquid is supplied between the outer layer material 11 and the inner layer material 12 from a pouring nozzle 41 of a pouring apparatus 4 and molded therebetween. An outer metal mold 5 is a hollow column like one having a notched section and, in an interior thereof, a column like core mold 6 is arranged so as to be reached to both ends of the outer metal mold 5 in a center thereof and the molding is carried out by the metal mold 5 and the core mold 6. To the first half part of the core mold 6, a fin like plate 63 is provided in parallel to a center axis thereof and, moreover, conveying means 7 comprising a pair of caterpillars are provided. |
