<p>The machine has a holder for the work in two parts, engaging with it at points spaced apart. One part can be turned and has an alignment portion brought into line with a datum mark on the work, the two engaging together. The work (18) and the part of the mounting with the alignment portion (42) rotate in the same direction but at different speeds, until portion and mark (70) engage together. The portion (28) accommodating the work can be arranged to turn faster.</p> |
