<p>The closure is for a container (C), such as a tube, and comprises a cap (A) with a dispensing opening (7) covered by a cut-off projection (5) in the centre on the top wall (4) of the cap. A second closure element (B) can be secured in the neck orifice of the container and at least partly fits in the cap. This element has a sealing face (18) which can be made to seat (17 in 7) in the cap when this is screwed down (8,35) on the neck of the container. The axial movement of the cap relative to the element (B) may be limited by an inward rim (9) at the lower end of the cap gripping under an outward collar (36) on the container neck.</p> |
