Adjustable dam segment lock folding trap - has hydraulic drive cylinders hinged to itself and to dam fixed point

The trap attachment is designed to allow adjustment by a hydraulic drive unit. It is incorporated in a segment closing system, esp. on a damming weir. There are one or more hydraulic power cylinders (7) with one end hinged to a fixed point in the weir, and the other to the trap attachment (12). The latter is pref. fixable in at least one folded position. On the underwater side, the fixed point in the weir is pref. deeper than its swivel axis. Two cylinders may be linked to a single pump assembly. This is simple, with few components needing attention.
