PURPOSE:To constitute the self-oscillation circuit without using a capacitor, by using the inductance component of an electromagnetic type buzzer as a time-limit element. CONSTITUTION:With an FET14 ON which is a switch to turn on/off an oscillating circuit, oscillation is produced with FETs 10, 11, 12 and 13. An inverter I consisting of FETs 10, 11 and an inverter II consisting of FETs 12, 13 are operated in opposite phase each other. Further, if the output of the inverter I is at high level and that of the inverter II is at low level at first, the current (i) flowing to an electromagnetic type buzzer 8 flows as the arrow and the value of the current (i) gradually increases. Further, when this current reaches a given value, the state is rapidly inverted so that the output of the inverter II is at high level and that of the inverter I is at low level, causing reverse current to flow. |
