PURPOSE:To avoid the residual data and switching noise of network, by writing in noncommunication signal pattern from a noncommunication signal pattern generating section to a pass memory, in disconnecting network. CONSTITUTION:In disconnecting network, first the rewriting of control memory PM is made from a common control unit CC. Further, when communication is made in time slot ti of incoming highway HWin, disconnection information is written in the address corresponding to the time slot ti. When this disconnection information is read out in the time slot ti and fed to the selector SEL of a variable transmission loss insertion and noncommunication signal pattern generating device PADG, 0 terminal is selected and a control signal is output. With the selection of 0 terminal, the noncommunication signal pattern from the noncommunication signal pattern generating section PG is input to pass memory SPM. |
