PURPOSE:To make a panel thin and simplify a connecting method by a method wherein connecting terminals are alternately arranged to a line by which the centers of a solar cell are joined. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of solar cell elements consisting of N type semiconductor thin-films 302a-302d and P type semiconductor thin-films 303a-304d are formed on an insulating substrate 301. In order to contact both connecting wiring 304a-304c and lead wires 305, 306 and the films 302a-302d, one sections of the films 303a-303d of the solar cell elements are removed, and one sections of the films 302a-302d are exposed. The exposed sections of these N type layers are alternated among the elements to a line by which the centers of the solar cell elements are joined. Thus, short circuit among wiring electrodes is prevented, and yield can be improved. A panel can be thinly formed while time necessary for the connecting wiring can be shortened. |
