PURPOSE:To discharge electricity to a lamp from a battery when a generator is stopped and light the lamp even when the bicycle is stopped by connecting the battery in parallel with the lamp. CONSTITUTION:Electric charges accumulated to a capacitor 4 during the driving of a bicycle flow through the first transistor 1 through a variable resistor 5 at the same time as the bicycle is stopped, and the transistor is switched ON. A base and an emitter of the second transistor 2 are brought to a short-circuit condition, and the second transistor 2 is switched OFF. Thus, the third transistor 3 is switched ON, currents are fed to the lamp C from the battery D, and the lamp C lights up. Lighting time is changed by means of the capacitor 4 and the variable resistor 5. When the lamp C is not needed, the lamp C is not lit and the battery D is charged when a switch E is turned OFF while only a transistor 18 is turned ON by operating a variable resistor 15 of the generation circuit G. The lamp is lit and battery D is charged simultaneously when the switch E is switched ON while transistors 18, 19 are alternately switched ON by operating the variable resistor 15. |
