<p>PURPOSE:To take out a tape without damaging the tape by detecting immediately an abnormality even when the sticking of the tape to a drum occurs by dewing, applying the control to a reel and making the quantity to send out the tape into minimum. CONSTITUTION:When a tape is stuck to the drum during the rotation, the tape is sent in the rotation direction of a drum 1 and a tape is pulled out from an S reel 2. At the moment when the tape is stuck, the tape is discharged and the S reel 2 is rotated at a high speed. The rotation detection of the reel 2 is executed by a reflecting sensor not shown in the figure and the rotation speed at the time of rotation is detected. Thus, the rotation period of the reel 2 is counted, becomes the period of a constant time or below, and then, it is judged to be an abnormality, and when a reel braking is applied by a system controller 12, simultaneously, the drum rotation is stopped. Consequently, the quantity to send the tape can be made into minimum and the tape can be removed without damaging the tape.</p> |
