PURPOSE:To make images sharper by giving tension to a guide electrode by mechanical means, electrical means, etc., thereby improving the close adhesiveness between recording paper and the guide electrode. CONSTITUTION:Helical electrodes are formed on a rotary drum 1, and recording paper 7 passes between the rotary drum 1 and an under electrode 2. A guide electrode 4 is installed between the recording paper 7 and the rotary drum 1. In order to improve the close adhesiveness between the guide electrode 4 and the recording paper 7, the guide electrode 4 is turned around a freely rotative fulcrum 5 by means of a spring 6 by which the guide electrode 4 is press-contacted with the recording paper 7. The fore of the press-contacting is adjustable by changing the intensity of the spring 6. The guide electrode 4 is made longer than the width of the recording paper 7 along the under electrode 2 and slips on the recording paper 7 so as to make overall friction. In this way, the sharp images may be formed. |
