Furthermore, a common connection is secured between the bases of the TRs 1 and 2 as well as the TRs 7 and 8 respectively. And the collector of the TR2 and the collector of the TR7 are connected to the bases of the TR1 and TR8 each. As a result, the collector-emitter voltage is fixed for both the TRs 1 and 2, thus producing no change to the collector current of both the TR1 and 2. As a result, no effect of the power supply voltage is given to the saturation electricity of both the TRs 1 and 2. Accordingly, the variation can be suppressed to the fluctuation of the power supply voltage having the reflection factor m=I2/I1 of the current Miller.
