PURPOSE:To realize different degrees of coupling, the facilitation of adjustment for coupling degree and a small-size for the filter, by performing the coupling among the stages between the resonators by means of dielectric material. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric substrate materials 44 and 45 are used to secure a coupling among stages. The dielectric substrate material having a comparatively small loss in the high frequency region is used among the stages of the central conductors 11-13 of the resonator to be fixed to the resonators, respectively. As a result, an intrastage coupling can be realized with an optional degree of coupling. In other words, an optional degree of coupling can be obtained by selecting both the dielectric constant of the dielectric material and the thickness and width of the plate. In such way, the adjustment can be facilitated for the degree of coupling. And furthermore, a certain distance can be kept between the resonators by selecting different dielectric constants in accordance with the degree of coupling. As a result, the constitution of a filter can be facilitated greatly. |
